28 Days of Gratitude


MindSet on Healthy has three core values Healthy Habits, Kindness and Gratitude. I write about healthy habits regularly but for the next 28 days I am asking you to go on a journey of gratitude with me. Gratitude is simply defined as a state of being grateful, appreciative, and thankful. It is my belief that a grateful mind and spirit will lead to a healthy body. Your mindset is directly linked to your overall health and the act of gratitude daily will hopefully become a habit and you will be on a path to ultimately your healthiest body!
