I love all types of bowls, sushi bowls, Mexican bowls and pretty much any other combination involving rice and beans.


I made this bowl to make my own version of a “nutrient-packed” snack!


  • Blackberries may improve brain health and aid in memory loss

  • Raspberries are also a great source for vitamin C and fiber

  • Blueberries can help fight stress and anxiety and reverse signs of aging

  • Pecans are a good source of the healthy monosaturated fat
