Curry Goat with Pumpkin Rice

I consider myself a pescatarian, I usually only consume seafood for my meat source. The only other meat I will eat is goat meat. The high nutrient and protein content of goat meat cannot be ignored. When making this recipe I wanted to add some extra nutrients, so that is why I added pumpkin to the rice.

Possible goat meat benefits:

  • Goat meat is about 50% lower in fat than beef and lamb

  • Lots of B vitamins

  • Healthier alternative to chicken , beef and pork.

Possible Pumpkin benefits:

  • Lots of vitamin A

  • High in Magnesium

  • High in Vitamin C
