Homemade Protein Bars

I have always wanted to make my own protein bars🙌🏾 The are really good and filled with nutrients!


To make my version of homemade protein bars you will need:


  • Fully ripe bananas

  • Oatmeal of your choice with protein

  • Peanut Butter

  • Almond Milk

  • Flax Seeds

  • Maple Syrup

  • Cinnamon

  • Baking Powder

  • Salt
