Spicy Szechuan Salmon, Broccoli and Mashed Cauliflower

In my last post I put up my very first recipe for Meatless Made Easy! In the attempt to move closer towards a vegan diet I will be going meatless on Monday’s! I am currently a pescatarian and the majority of my recipe post in the future will go along with that diet. As a Certified Nutritionist I am able to make meal plan suggestions and inform clients on diet trends. This recipe post will be my first attempt🤗


Ingredients need for this meal:

Boneless Skinless Salmon

  • Spicy Szechaun Marinade/Sauce

Broccoli

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Mashed Cauliflower

  • Cauliflower ( I usually by the frozen pre-made versions of this vegetable )

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Pepper
